MESSAGE

Through the lens of educational anthropology, my current work explores questions about the implicit and explicit cultural notions of what “good” education means, how teachers “should be” educated, what it means to be “inclusive,” and how languages “should be” taught. My research has focused on speech-language pathology, inclusive education, teacher training, and early childhood education. My current research and teaching interests also include pronunciation and intelligibility instruction in the field of TESOL.　

「良い」教育とは何か、教師はどう教育される「べき」か、「インクルーシブ」とは何を意味するのか、言語はどのようにして教えられる「べき」かという暗示的?明示的な文化的価値観について、教育人類学の視点を通して探求しています。研究分野は、インクルーシブ教育、音声言語病理学、教師教育、幼児教育、TESOLにおける発音指導?intelligibility（伝わりやすさ）指導です。
